NO MORE EXCUSES

I know that one of the things I have often complained aobut is the lack of TIME I have to do such things as update this blog, etc.

So as the new year approaches, I am vowing to not use time as an excuse again! Yeah!

I really do believe we have time to do the things we CHOOSE to do. Why? Because we will make the time for those things! True isn't it?

As the restaurant grows, we have some exciting plans in store to making it profitable. One will be the making of the Upstairs a home for NASCAR races. I also have been advised that adding darts will be a good addition. Slower times during the day we are going to add meal specials aimed at the large senior market here. I also am going to offer a benefits plan I have found for Cindy and I to my best employees. It provides discounted dental, vison, chiropractic, and prescription benefits. (AmeriPlanUSA) We will be the only mom and pop in the area offering this to our employees at no cost to them.

Lots to do and accomplish in 2005. It's always a refreshing time to plan and look forward to beginning again.

And no more whining about the lack of time.....it's about time!
